Matt holds qualifications in Small Buildings, Building Structural, and Legal Process, allowing him to prepare residential permit drawings in accordance with the Ontario Building Code.

The Building Science Specialist designation reflects advanced expertise in building performance, envelope systems, durability, and energy efficiency.

The Building Code Qualified designation demonstrates advanced knowledge in interpreting and applying the Ontario Building Code.
